Google Forms

Google Forms is a free and flexible way to gather data.Through an intuitive interface, it’s possible to create complex forms with a range of field types, split forms into sections and use features such as randomisation. While customisation on design is limited, there are multiple colour schemes and the ability to add videos and images to the form. Responses are captured in Google Sheets.
